COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Our clinic has remained open throughout the Covid-19 crisis, with the following measures in place to keep our staff and clients safe.
1. We are not permitting clients into the clinic building.
Instead, we ask that you follow the protocol below:
Upon arrival, please call our front desk @ 705-426-5206 or text 249-385-5345 to check in.
The technician will call you back over the phone to collect your pet’s history.
When ready, your technician will collect your pet from the car.
After the exam, the doctor will call you to review findings and recommendations.
Once the bill is complete, we will call to process your credit card over the phone or via contactless POS and return your pet to your car with any necessary medication or food.
The same applies for medication or food pick-ups—please call us when you arrive.
2. We are noW seeing patients for routine procedures.
After months of limiting our services, we’re happy to be offering annual exams, routine vaccinations and our full scope of medical and surgical care once again.
3. Regular Clinic HOurs have Resumed.

4. We Have Introduced a fee for “no show” appointments.
Out of fairness for all our clients, a fee of $55 will be charged should you fail to attend your appointment. We understand that unforeseen changes can come up, but ask that you please get in touch 24 hours ahead of time, should you need to cancel or reschedule.
When you visit our clinic, please follow social distancing recommendations and maintain a space of at least 6 feet between other people.
